CAVALIERS COME IN FOUR COLORS
I am in good standing with the American Kennel Club. I am bound to all established bylaws and codes of ethics in our breeding practices and conduct. My dogs are all health checked by my veterinarian and tested by seperate specialists for cardiac, patella and eye heredity problems, then are certified by OFFA before breeding.
Only select breedings take place with the objective of producing quality dogs which are in good health and have the temperment of the Cavalier King Charles. I sell my puppies with limited registration with a spay/neuter agreement. Health clearances will be provided to a new puppy owner. I do not sell to puppy mills or pet stores.
These puppies are my 'children' born in my puppy baby nursery room, they spend the first four weeks in the nursery before bringing them out to socialize with daily noises and being around the other dogs. Each puppy's weight is logged daily to watch for nutritional weight gain. They are wormed and get their first shot at 7 weeks old. I allow their mommy to wean them at her discression but start offering them quality food at around 5 weeks old.
They are never seperated completely from their mommy and as soon as they can walk, they become part of the family. Although they have the run of the house, they are using the doggy door by 7 weeks old. This makes it easier for you to continue with their potty training. Puppies do not leave my home sooner than 9-10 weeks of age as Cavalier puppies mature slowly and are not ready to leave their familiar surroundings and/or siblings.
Cavaliers are a very social dog therefore they need a playmate. If you cannot be at home with them during the day, another pet will suffice. I do not kennel my dogs, therefore, I will not sell to a family that has only a kennel setup. My hope is that you, as their new family member, will treat them as one of your 'kids'. If for any reason you need to find a home for this little one, please give me the opportunity to purchase it back from you.
